What email address do I send my proof of purchase from the Mac App Store to?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I've already purchased a license through the Mac App Store for my home Mac computer, I would like to get another license for my PC at work. I was hoping I could add it for the bundle priced of ~$70.00. I've got the email receipt from Apple for the Password manager $49.99 and was wondering where to send it or what to do next? Thank you, I really am excited to have this everywhere.
