Upgrade from version 1.0.9.342 to version 4.

Checking for updates from the 1Password application Help menu in version 1.0.9.342 returns "You are running the latest version of Password1. Thanks for staying up to date." Please provide details of how to update to the latest version. I am using Windows 10 and the browser extensions for Chrome and IE.

    Hi @CLCherak - I will be happy to help you get upgraded to our latest 1Password 4 for Windows. The Check for updates doesn't work as this is a brand new version.   • Just to clarify for others who might read this:

    1. The program updater only checks for free minor updates, it does not check for upgrades to the next major version. We'll inform you but we will not upgrade you automatically since it may require a payment and not everyone will want the upgrade.

    3. If you purchased the Windows license anytime since 2013, you are eligible for a free upgrade to 1Password 4 for Windows. The above guide link will explain how to upgrade.
