how can I get a real person? Want to buy but not sure which version I need
Have windows 7 laptop, iPhone6 & iPad. Need to be able to sync across all but not sure which 1Password to get -- also need to know which is best for syncing all 3 devices. Dropbox? iCloud? Would be happy to give you money but don't know what to purchase!

Your best option is Dropbox, iCloud sync won't work on Windows at the moment. Dropbox is the only option where you can use it with any platform that 1Password is on; Windows, iOS, OS X, and Android.
