Cannot unlock install of 3.8.22. [follow-up support through email]
I am not able to unlock my old install of 1password 3.8.22 in order to uninstall the browser extension. I am inputting the correct password but it just says "connecting" but does not connect or open. I have 1Password 4.4.3 which I downloaded from your site. The trial has expired so I went ahead and purchased a license from your website today. I would like to know how to save all of my data (export) from version 3, uninstall the version 3 browser extension, and begin using version 4.4.3 on my iMac. Please help.
