1password is missing from my browser and I can't get the command bar to come up so I can follow the instructions that you provide

If you right-click on the tab toolbar in Internet Explorer, does this menu show up:

If yes, there should be Command Bar you can click on to select it. If now, it shows up and you still do not see the 1Password icon, follow this instruction: https://support.1password.com/missing-extension-button/#internet-explorer-windows-
