Cannot load program on my computer. Initially installed on loan computer
Initially installed on loan computer Lenevo L410. I now have my computer back after being fixed Lenevo L420. Downloaded 1Password 4.6.0.598 which I have used but it will not open on my computer (L420). Does not create shortcut. when I tried to open backups - it tries to load the program, I go to finish and restart computer - no icon, and does not open. It does however work on my phone and on the 'borrowed' computer.

Is there an anti-malware solution on the L420 PC that could be flagging 1Password as a virus and preventing it from opening it? Check the logs of that solution to see if 1Password was flagged.

Can you clarify what you mean by this? If the main 1Password program cannot be opened, how are you trying to restore from a backup?
