Both are available as 30-day unlimited trials, you can download 1Password for Windows here: http://agilebits.com/downloads

For Android, you can download 1Password at the Play Store and the first 30 day trial will start when you open it. After 30 days, 1Password becomes a reader only. You can make changes to your data in the Windows program and sync it to your Android device, either via Dropbox or Wi-Fi.

For the Windows license, you can use it on any number of PCs and you can also share it with up to 5 family members, for total of 6 users.

For the Premium Feature package in 1Password for Android, you can restore it for free on any Android devices you own.
