Enable Enhanced Protected mode is disabled, yet I am still getting the error.

I have the latest version of 1Password, and it is working OK on my Chrome, but I need it to work on IE11 as well.
Every time I try to get it to work I get the same error that it will not work with the Enhanced Protection....
It is disabled, it was always disabled, why is it not working?

System specific Info:
Windows7 Professional 64 bit.
24 GB RAM
IE 11.0.9600.181.18124

4.6.0.598

Hi @CMinias,

That might be a red herring caused by an anti-malware program or plugin for Internet Explorer.

Do you have webroot installed and enabled for Internet Explorer? If not, can you tell me what anti-malware program you're using on your PC?
