Do I need programs for Windows 10 computer, Kindle Fire (Android) tablet, and iPhone? Total cost?

I would be a new 1Password user, but first wish to confirm cross platform compatibility and total cost to install 1Password on my devices. I use two Windows 10 computers, two iPhones, and one Kindle Fire tablet (Android device.) Thank you for your help.

  • Hi @kx9l,

1Password uses Google Play APIs for the billing and the Premium features on Android devices. Unfortunately, that does mean you can't use 1Password for Kindle, which uses a fork of Android but it is not the one that includes the Google APIs support. At the moment, we do not plan to support Kindle in the near future but I'll add your vote to our list to consider this.

If Kindle Fire was not on the list, here are the purchases you need:

    1. One Windows license to cover all of your Windows PCs that you will use 1Password on. You can also share it with up to 5 family members of the household and each family member can share it on any number of PCs they'll use 1Password on. We only count users, not computers nor installs/activations. You can buy it at our web store here: https://agilebits.com/store
    2. 1Password for iOS is a free download but it does include the Pro features as an optional in-app purchase. You can share this in-app purchase with your family members by signing in with your Apple ID on their devices to download 1Password and restore the purchase at no extra cost. You can find more information here: https://support.1password.com/pro-features-faq/

We do not try to list prices here because of the currency rates. Both prices are shown in real time at our webstore and Apple's App Store.
