three fields required by prepaid cards

Once I have created a login for my prepaid card it then asks for three entries: 1; user ID, 2: username, 3: password. When I attempt to login using my 1password login it completes the 2nd and 3rd fields but I seem to have to manually enter my ID. Is this a security thing and something I have to enter or can I re formulate this to have all three fields filled one?

    Greetings @denniswherry,

    The following is a bit general but only because we know little about where and how you're using 1Password at the moment. If you save a Login item from within the browser it can and should be able to fill the three fields in most cases. If you haven't already I would recommend trying our How to manually save a Login guide and seeing if a Login item created by it fares any better. If it doesn't though can you tell us a bit more about your setup please, the following will help diagnose the problem and hopefully we can work with you to get it going :smile:

    1. What version of 1Password are you running?
    2. If you are not on a mobile device (iOS or Android), what is your preferred browser and the version of that browser?
    3. As above, If you are not on a mobile device (iOS or Android), what version of the 1Password extension is installed?
    4. What is the URL for the page you are having trouble with?

    Thanks for replying. My version is 6.2.1.
    The URL is www.easyfx.com
    I'm using an iPad.

    Hi @denniswherry,

    So I've just tried creating a Login item from within Safari and after reloading the HTML5 Application login page (to clear all the fields) I found that filling with the Login item I just created filled all three fields.

    As you're on an iOS device the manually saving steps don't match up, that guide is for the desktop. Instead can you try the following please, Create a new Login item in Safari (iOS). That's what I did and by the looks of it everything should work when the Login button is tapped.
