    Hi @Bruce12,

    We have no control over the transactions, these are handled by third party credit card providers that also takes debit card.

    Are you trying with Paypal? I would recommend the Paypal option to see if it works. Many debit cards with MasterCard/Visa didn't work with the first option but worked fine with Paypal.
