ie browser button will not activate

I recently installed webroot secure and that seems to be when all the problems started. I still have 1password functioning on my desktop no problem there. just not functioning when I open ie I uninstalled 1password and reinstalled and it worked once and then would not work again. Can someone please help me correct this problem?

Did it do the trick? Is the Internet Explorer add-on working now?
