Whats the difference between the Beta for Windows 10 and the current download?
Ive been away from Windows for a bit, but got a new Tablet PC with Win 10 on it.
Want to install the correct thing..

@jchiar: If you're using your tablet primarily as a tablet, the 1Password for Windows 10 beta may be the best option. But there's nothing to stop you from using the 1Password for Windows desktop app instead, or alongside it.
The Windows 10 app will run on any Windows 10 device, and is has a touch-first interface (though it works just fine with a mouse and keyboard). Whereas the desktop app works best in a more traditional Windows environment, and supports Windows 7 and above.
There's no wrong answer. Pick the one that is the best fit for you! Let me know if you have any questions so I can help. :)
