1PW does not save login information after being prompted to save it, and Clicking Save

1PW prompted me to save the login information. I clicked Save, but the login was not saved.
I needed to manually create the Login entry, in order for 1 PW to log me in automatically.

I've moved this thread to the Windows forum as this may be a bug in the Windows program, not the extension.

I am able to save it on my computer. Could you please send us your 1Password diagnostics report? Use this guide to generate the report and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com. Also, in the email, include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.

Let us know here when you've sent it, so we can confirm we got the email.
