Hi @Duhu - I'm sorry that 1Password is crashing on your Windows PC. I see you don't have the latest version, so can you try the following -
Go to Settings > Programs and Features - find 1Password in the list, select Uninstall.
Restart Windows PC.
Download latest version of 1Password 4 for Windows from our download page.
