Not working from new tabs in Internet Explorer 11

1Password works from the initial tab in Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7, but if I click on a new tab in Internet Explorer and select Tools - 1Password, no popup dialog window is display.

1Password Version: 4.6.4.640

OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Fix the problem. Apparently WebRoot Secure Anywhere extension was caused the problem. When I uninstalled WebRoot Secure Anywhere, the problem went away. I've opened a ticket with WebRoot. When I find the WebRoot solution, I will append the solution to this forum entry.

    Thanks for writing in. Webroot is indeed the culprit here and we thank you for bringing it to their attention.

    We have good news, though:
    Webroot already has a permanent solution for this in the works and it should arrive via an update soon.

    Until this is the case, our knowledge base article 'Configuring Webroot SecureAnywhere' will tell you how to configure Webroot to make this work.
