have license for osx and IOS want to buy windows license: which one?

I have a full license on iOS and OSX, now I need to use it for my personal use on my windows machine.
Do I need to buy a separate license, or may I have something like an upgrade to the comb OSX+Win license?

@gibi72: Sorry for the confusion! You can use your existing 1Password for Mac license key to "upgrade" and add a 1Password for Windows license at the AgileBits Store. I've resent it via email so you'll have it handy. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
