Reopen Discussion regarding Chrome browser and ability to assign to folder?

I spent quite a while trying to add login to assigned folders in Windows 10 Chrome browser.
I found a closed discussion regarding this dated December, 2011.
Any idea if this is being worked on? I would like the ability to assign to folders when creating login.

Hi @Gel, The option to assign to a folder is in the save dialogue box. Here is a screen shot showing that -
