windows 10 IE 11.0.10240. Can get the 1Password button to display, how to fix this

per your help page, how to display 1Password button , I checked EVERYTHING you suggested It still doesn't display nor does the keyboard
command ctrl \ work. Yes the extentions is installed,

Any thing else I can check ??

  • Hi @clarksell, Can you try the following -

    Run Internet Explorer.
    Click on View > Toolbars - make sure Command bar is selected.

    Please let us know if this helps.

    It was checked. That's not the problem. When you go to select for the button for 1pass it's not there to select...
    I've checked and rechecked the button in preference to show the extensions. I.E. Sees it installed or so it
    Shows and it shows enabled...

    Any ideas

  • @clarksell - I'm so sorry you are still not seeing the 1Password icon. Can you try this -

    From IE, click on View > Toolbars - make sure Command bar is selected.
