An Identity item keeps filling in old phone number [Recreate the Identity item as a new item]
I only have one "identity" and my new cell number is in all the fields, however whenever I toggle on my identity in the 1P browser to fill in fields (latest version Firefox and Chrome) it always uses my old one...can't figure out where it's stored...thanks.

This may be stored in the older template fields that we no longer use for the filling. Was your Identity item created many years ago?
If yes, try to create a brand new Identity item instead (do not duplicate) and copy over your data from the original item. After that, 1Password should fill it in properly with the new item. If it does, delete the old one.
