in 1Password 4 for Windows

When using 1Password is sometimes filled the user name and password but I do not get filled automatically an error in the next section (branch code). 2 days ago all works just fine. Can you tell me what the problem is. See the appendices.

    I use a paid version of 1Password on My iPhone

    Which browser are you using? Does this happen on all site or just one site?

    Can you tell me which version of 1Password extension is installed for your browser? To find out, click on the 1Password icon in your browser and go to Settings > About 1Password. Tell me all the versions shown here.
