I can't find the sync .. and my password vault is not updating in dropbox

I read through the troubleshoot and I cannot even find the "sync" much less if it is paused. My password chain is pointed to dropbox, but does not seem to update.. ever.
Help please.

Hi @steputis,
There is no sync button on the desktops because the Dropbox client handles it automatically for you in the background.
Can you answer the following:
- What other devices or computers are you syncing with? You're syncing via Dropbox from your PC to a mobile device or another computer running Windows?
- What are you seeing that says the data is not syncing, you made a change on one PC and it is not showing up on others?
