    I assume this happened recently, in the last couple days. AgileBits has a refund policy for 30 days, so that looks like the best alternative here. You can read and find the contact information for this here: https://agilebits.com/home/money_back_guarantee
    You can get that sorted out and signed into families with little hassle!

    1Password for Families is great. Just keep in mind that we only currently have the 1Password for Windows 10 beta app (Windows 7 and 8 support are in development), otherwise you can use the 1Password for Families web interface.
