Hi @hkatzman,
Can you open the main 1Password program and go to the Help Menu > Restart 1Password Helper, then restart Chrome, does it work?
If not, can you tell me what anti-malware solution you might have installed?
Also, can you tell us what version of 1Password extension is installed in Chrome. To find out, open Chrome, click on the Settings icon on top right and go to Settings > Extensions, it should tell you the version next to 1Password.

I can't find the 1Password program location on the XP machine. Do you know?
I have no anti-Malware app installed.

Hi @hkatzman,
On a Windows XP machine, 1Password should be located in
C:/Program Files/1Password/
You can also check your Start menu for a folder called 1Password.Please let us know if this helps.
