All of these items in the trash come from?

I have problems using 1Password for windows / was first set up in this questionnaire.
Devices: IOS with PC-windows.
The sync data from ios device to 1password for windows.
Both Wifi-sync and Dropbox.
All of these items in the trash come from?
I think that comes from my iphone because if delete items on your ios device then sync over Wifi will be displayed on 1password for windows ??
I just worry ....

@auraskys808: Sorry for the confusion! While 1Password for iOS doesn't have a Trash bin you can view, 1Password for Windows does. Any deleted items should show up in your vault's Trash in 1Password for Windows. So if you're syncing data from your iPhone that would make sense. Cheers! :)
