Logins are not working anymore I have to Ctl \ or sign in with the password now

Hello,
I tried to use 1Password on my main PC and then put the vault on dropbox and all went haywire... The logins stopped working... SO...
I have now copied my vault from dropbox, deleted, 1password from dropbox and now have the vault only on my PC... BUT, HERE is my problem..... Now most of my login's don't log in automatically, no matter what i do... but like Ebay does login at times when it feels like it.
I now have to Ctl \ or sometime i have to type my signin or password to get logged on... Also, i have no more ICONS, just grey locks on all my logins in 1Password.
PLEASE help me or email me to call you..... What can i do ???????
