New licence model (....)
As I heard, you changed your licence model.
Currently I have a App Store licence and a windows licence. Can I now use the App store licence on my windows computer?

We have not changed anything for the current customers, you're already all set as you have both Mac and Windows licenses. The new change only affects the new customers.
Can I now use the App store licence on my windows computer?
There are no licenses involved at the App Stores, the purchases are linked against your Apple ID account and can only be used to download the same purchases on your Macs only.
For the new customers, they'll get two separate licenses, one for Mac and one for Windows included in the one purchase.
