I received my license key but it is a file that does nothing when I try to open it.

I have a license for 1Password on Mac. I moved from Mac to Windows 10. I requested my license key and received an email containing a file. When I open that file nothing happens. It appears the Windows version of 1Password expects me to enter a traditional text license number but the downloaded file doesn't do anything. Help!

Hi @Camp - I'm sorry but the Mac license will not work with 1Password for Windows. You can use that Mac license key to add 1Password for Windows in our store at the upgrade price.
