Transfer MAS license to Windows

I bought 1Password from the Mac App Store but I'm getting a bit sick of the downgrades that come with every update Apple release. As of the latest version all my Steam games freeze and Photoshop CS6 is fine for about 5 minutes before no tools work.
As a result, after 6 years on Mac I'm moving back to Windows. It appears when bought from the Agilebits store a single license is valid for Windows and Mac ? I followed the guide here and was hoping this would give a serial number but the license information just says purchased from App Store. Is there any way to transfer a Mac App Store to Windows without having to buy it again?

    @Geoadm: It isn't possible to "transfer" a license from Apple's store, but shoot us an email at support+licenses@agilebits.com with a copy of your Mac App Store receipt and we'll see what we can do to help! :)
