Helper not working in Chrome... And your site is VERY annoying to find answers in!
Running Windows 7; 1Password4. My extension is there in Chrome but no longer works. Can't access helper.
I can't find the answer in your dozens of cross references... Quite honestly; it's little frustrating getting answers to questions.
What to do about helper not working?

There are various reasons as to why 1Password Helper may not be running, which also makes finding a single answer virtually impossible. I do apologize that we don't have a clear guide just for this.
You said no longer works, do you mean it used to work just fine but stopped out of nowhere? Did you install any updates recently like to your anti-malware solution? This is the most common reason for this to break, a new feature or a change in the solution have blocked 1Password from communicating to the browser extensions.
If you're not sure, can you tell us what is the name of your solution. We might have a guide for it on our list here.
