1 Password purchased from iTunes. Now wish to activate on bootcamp windows, but no licence key

Purchased 1 password via iTunes on 19/11/2014. I now need to activate 1 Password on a MacAir operating Windows 10 via bootcamp. No licence key is available due to purchase via apple ID. How best to proceed?

Please email us your iTunes receipt at support+licenses@agilebits.com and we'll help you get the Windows license. Apple doesn't share this info with us, so we have to do this manually for everyone.
