Hi @TomBickford,

What's not working exactly, is there an error or it did successfully sync'ed but something is missing?

If it is that your iOS or Android device cannot find the PC, try this on the PC:

1. Click on Start Menu, go to Settings and select Network & Internet
2. Click on the Wi-Fi on the left side bar and then click on the Wi-Fi - Connected button (if the PC is wired, choose Ethernet)
3. Now, turn on Make this PC discoverable

Log out and log back in, see if that helps.

It's the "can't find device" flavor. I'll set what happens when I make the PC discoverable. Thanks.
