    Your computer crashes due to problems pertaining with the malfunctioning or unsupported drivers. If you have installed any new drivers on a recent basis, please uninstall them. Do the steps given below:

    1. Click Start, type "Device Manager" in the Search box.
    2. Press ENTER.
    3. Expand the top category.
    4. Right click a driver, choose Uninstall option.
    5. Reboot your machine.
    6. Reinstall the driver with its setup or through the Add New Hardware wizard as the case may be.
