I somehow lost my data on my PC. I have it on my iphone, how can I get it back?
My backups folders are empty, don't know what happened, but i can't do anything on my pc. My iphone still has the data.

Beside the empty backup folder, you said you can't do anything, can you clarify what anything is? You can't unlock 1Password or was there a specific error message you're seeing?
First, before you do anything, back up your 1Password data on the iOS device with this guide: https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/
After that, can you update 1Password, you're running a very old version of 1Password as you should be at 4.6.604. First, try opening the main 1Password program and go to the Help Menu > Check for New Version.
If this doesn't work or it says it is at the latest version, download the latest copy from here: http://agilebits.com/downloads
After installing the latest build, restart the computer and see if it fixes anything. If not, please use this guide to generate the 1Password diagnostic report and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com. Also, in the email, include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.
