how on earth do your synch iphone to windows 8

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have 1password on phone and have been using for over a year.

I downloaded and installed windows app and paid my membership fee of $69.95. I thought it would then automatically synch. But it doesn't. I then tried to type the secret info in the wi-fi update and it still does not synch. I have been trying to get this easy task done for two weeks now.

    I'm sorry you're having problems with the Wi-Fi sync, did you contact us two weeks ago or is this the first time?

    When you entered the secret code from the PC into your iPhone, what happens next, was there an error? Did your iOS device find the PC?
