Can't get version 3.8 to accept the license I purchased?
I know others have had this problem, but couldn't find any way to contact a team member directly. I bought a license for v4 but I also need v3 to work with an older Mac that cannot run v4. v3 won't accept the license, which is a special file that doesn't reveal a code (as far as I can tell.) Thanks in advance for providing a license code to allow me to run a compatible version on my older Mac.

@mayday63: Sorry for the confusion! Indeed, 1Password 3 used a license key which is different from the license file used by 1Password 6. I've sent you some additional information in a private message, so be sure to check for that and let me know if you have any questions! :)
On a related note, if you're syncing data between 1Password 3 and a newer version, be sure you don't make changes in 1Password 3. That can cause some confusion since 1Password 3 doesn't know about the newer data used by 1Password 4 and later. Cheers! :)
