in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have purchased 1Password for iOS from the Mac Store. Does this entitle me to the 1Password for Windows as well? I'm pretty certain I purchased the Mac version as well. It's been a while though as I have been using the app on iOS much more lately.

Extension Version: 4.5.5.90 Chrome Extension
OS Version: Windows 10 x64
Sync Type: iCloud
