Log in to FollowMyHealth website

I can copy/paste UN and PW into FollowMyHealth website log on page and it works fine, but when I try and let 1Password do it automatically it produces a blank page .. help

Hi @1200gs,

Are you using Internet Explorer on Windows 7?

If you are opening your Login item in the main 1Password program, try to press and hold the Control key before opening the Login item, does it then open the site properly in Internet Explorer?

I am using Firefox 45.0.2. Now, I can open to the FollowMyHealth login page automatically using 1password main program, but again it will not log me in, just becomes a blank web page. When I use the firefox 1password extension it will no longer open to the log in page..

@1200gs: I think the problem is that their login form opens from here:

https://www.followmyhealth.com/Login/Home/Index?authproviders=0&returnArea=PatientAccess#/Options

in a popup window:

https://secure.followmyhealth.com/Account/Login?returnUrl=/OpenId/ProcessAuthRequest

which then attempts to take you back to the first window and close the popup...but of course that isn't possible if you've gone directly to the popup URL. You can use Ctrl \ to have fill the credentials, but you need to click to bring up the login window first. Try going to the first URL and login normally using the popup window and let me know if that helps.
