Now you see the opvault....now you don't....

Wow. Here I go again. Soooo....I bought it (hook, line and sinker, one might say) and signed up for families. Simple scenario (so I thought): two windows machines. One running 8 and one running 10. And the same issue that I've posted about before - that has plagued me for YEARS with 1Password - yet I keep coming back. I create a vault on one machine. I put it on OneDrive (please save the Dropbox pitch - not interested since they fled AWS...it just ain't the same, trust me). Then tried to sink with it as a shared vault from the other machine. And bingo....it mysteriously doesn't show up on the 2nd machine as an agilekeychain or opvault file. It just isn't there. First machine: there it is. Second machine: Nothing. Oy vay. This has been the nuclear issue with 1Password for years and even my attempts at going all in w/ Families have led me to the same brick wall. Just....about...to....go....with....Chrome....passwords....forever.....

  • Hi @rmoore_99 - I'm so sorry that 1Password vault is not showing up on your second Windows PC. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from both Windows PCs:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
