Just started having this problem. 1Password 6 will not backup.

    Hi @paw,

    Sorry for the difficulty here! And thanks for reaching out to us here in our support forums for help. This one should be pretty easy to fix.

    From the main 1Password app, go to Help > Troubleshooting > Restart 1Password mini. Once you do that, unlock 1Password and go to File > Backup and click the "Backup now" button. Does that seem to work, or do you get another error message?

    Thanks for the reply. While waiting, I tried reinstalling the whole app. That did the trick. Thanks again.
