Failing to open URL and sign in

Getting an odd situation where I unlock 1PW from the browser extension, select a website, and nothing happens. No new tab. Nothing happens at all. This is occurring in all browsers (Chrome, Firefox & Safari). I have checked that extensions are all enabled and up to date. I have re-installed extensions.
Problem seems to go away (at least for a while) if I reboot.

    The next time you see this happen, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com. Also, please let us know the date and time the problem occurred.
