can't find a way to import my CVS file into your app

trying to import CVS from lastpass into demo MAC program - just getting HELP on how to do it but not actually letting me do it...
what gives?

    @Teddys: Sorry for the trouble! It sounds like you may not have exported all of the data, which will make it difficult to get everything into 1Password. Please follow this guide, as it will take you step by step through the process:
