I am trying to connect my windows 7 laptop to my existing acct. it says i am running 1password in demo mode and is asking me to enter my license key. When I do so, it says it does not recognize my license key. Help!

Can you please tell us whether you're trying to add a 1Password for Families/Teams account to 1Password or if you're trying to add your existing 1Password for Windows licence key to the applicaiton in Windows?
