Can not sign in to the online account

Hi
I know my account URL, my email address, my account key and I can log in to the my vault with my master password. When I try to login to the online page it tells me one one of the 3 entries is wrong and highlights the account key field. Any ideas??

    Which web browser are you using and which OS?

    Did you change your password or went through a recovery process recently?

    Hi I think its sorted thanks. I seem to have 2 vaults from when I imported a CSV file, the master password was stored in the second vault. All I need to do is check the content of both vaults and find out how to delete the one I do not want.
