changes do not always update on all devices, use dropbox to sync
- I run 1Password on iMac, MacBook Air, iPad and a PC. When I make a change to a "login" one one device it doesn't always update the same login on one or all of the other devices.
- When I try to use 1Password to log in to some locations it might just go to the web site but won't log in.
The 1Password I think is a good secure place to store logins but the fact that it doesn't complete the log in is a waste of time because I either have to remember what is needed or edit the information to see what is needed.
Thank you for your help...
I am running the latest version of 1Password available on all devices and latest OS on the MAC and Windows 10 on the PC.

Hi @Kimo44,
Are you using 1Password 4.6 for Windows or 1Password Beta for Windows 10?
The 1Password Beta does not yet have full support for browser extensions and its' 1Browser feature is definitely limited in what it can do for now.
However, the regular 1Password 4.6 version does support the same browser extensions that the Mac version uses and it should fill in the same way. If you are using this version, can you tell me which browser you're using?

I'm not at the PC but I think it is the 1Password Beta for Windows 10. How can I get read of the Beta version and back to 1Password 4.6 for Windows?
Thank you in advance...0 -
Hi @kimo44,
I would suggest not getting rid of anything until you're set up first in the other program.
- First, if you haven't done so yet, install the Dropbox client from their site here: https://www.Dropbox.com and let it sync your data to your drive.
- You can download 1Password 4.6 for Windows from here: http://agilebits.com/downloads and run its installer
- After installing 1Password, reboot your PC.
Once you're able to unlock your vault and see your data, you can then uninstall the 1Password Beta by clicking on Start, search for 1Password Beta and right-click on it to select Uninstall.
You can find more information about the browser extensions here: https://support.1password.com/guides/windows/set-up-browsers.html
