How do I obtain the license from the 1Password Mac App Store?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hello, having purchased 1Password on the Mac (from the Mac App Store), 1Password Pro for iOS (iOS App Store), and 1Password Pro for Android (Google Play Store), I was wondering if I still need to purchase another $65 license to run the full 1Password on my Windows 10 store? I am currently in trial mode for the 1Password Windows.

    Thank you for your interest in 1Password. The answer to your question depends on when you bought 1Password originally. Can you please write to us to sales@1password.com telling us the date in which you purchased 1Password and sending the proof of purchase from the App Store? This article by apple should help you get the proof of purchase.
