Create a folder option is missing from the Mac os app?

I'm using El Capitan version, and 1password for families version.

    Hi @Alex1980,

    In 1Password Families "Folders" have been replaced by "Tags". Tags are just as powerful as folders, with some additional benefits. For example, you can have more than one tag assigned to each item. If you click on "Edit" on any Item you'll see that one of the options is "tags", you can add as many tags as you want. You can access tags on the bar at the left, where folders used to appear.
