Most used Mini list items always hide under "show # more items"
I support many clients and have separate google account logins for each. So whenever I go to any google product login, it shows me the first about 20 of 70+ logins with a "show # more items" clickable dropdown to see the entire list. The list is sorted alphabetically (but not really; see below).
I want my 2 most frequently used personal google logins to show at the top of the list. I've take the following steps to no avail:
1. Marked only those 2 logins as "favorites"
2. changed their names to start with "aaa" so they'd sort alphabetically to the top (they don't)
3. created a secondary vault and moved all but the 20 or so most used logins there (instead of showing me 20 items as before, it truncates the list to 13 and hides my 2 items under "show more")
How do I get items into the item list where they're usable through keyboard nav?

Hi @pbradley,
I'm sorry for any confusion about the order of those Logins in 1Password mini! I think I can explain what's happening and help get things working the way you want.
When you go to a website and then open 1Password mini, if there are multiple Logins for that site, it sorts by the URL first, and then alphabetically. If some of your Login items for Google have slightly different URLs, the ones that most closely match the website you're currently viewing are pulled to the top of the list in 1Password mini. My guess is that the URL in the Login item you want to use has a different subdomain than the site you're currently viewing.
For example, if you go to https://calendar.google.com in your browser and then open 1Password mini, it will first show you the Login items that have https://calendar.google.com in their first website fields. Login items with a different Google subdomain such as https://accounts.google.com or https://plus.google.com will be hidden behind the 'Show X more items' option, even if they are marked as Favorites.
However, there's a setting to change this behavior. In the main 1Password app, go to 1Password > Preferences in the menubar and select the Browsers tab. Click the box next to 'Allow filling on pages that closely match saved websites' to enable it (you should see a checkmark in the box once it is enabled). Now go back to the Google site and open 1Password mini again. This time, it will show matches based only on the domain (google.com) and ignore the subdomain. Favorites will be listed at the top, and the rest will be in alphabetical order by title.
Does this help? Please let us know how it goes and if it behaves as I've described. If you're still having trouble, let us know and we'll continue from there. Thanks! :)

THAT'S TOTALLY IT! I changed all the URLs to accounts.google.com and they all sort alphabetically now. Thanks.
