I am stuck. locked out as I forgot my password. Is there any tech support

I got it on my iPhone and got locked out because i forgot the password. I now bought a new mac and was trying to have another attempt to set up and use 1password on my iPhone and mac.
I am always forgetting passwords. I think your system is too complicated for me to set up. Can anyone help me set it up ? if not i would like a refund.Cathy

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having and that you find 1Password complicated. All your data is stored in your device, we don't have access to it. We can't reset your Master Password for you, so I'd like to encourage you to keep on trying to see if you can remember it, there's no limit in how many times you can try. You won't be able to sync your data from your iPhone to your Mac until you can access 1Password on your iPhone. If you can't remember your Master Password you can follow this instructions to start over: https://support.1password.com/starting-over/ios.html. Keep in mind that this will delete your current data, so think of it as a last resource!

Once you can use 1Password in your iPhone again you can set iCloud or Dropbox to sync the information between your Mac and iPhone. You can check how to do that here: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/#-sync-it-yourself-with-icloud-or-dropbox. I think iCloud would be the best option for you.

Finally, if you tend to forget passwords, then 1Password is exactly what you need. You will need to only remember one single password, and that will keep everything else safe. You can always write your Master Password on a piece of paper and keep it on a safe or something similar for emergencies :chuffed:
