1Password crashes when syncing if there are changes
I am currently in the prosess of transfering my passwords from another password manager, to 1password. To do this, I am using the WEB version, since some of the categories (Password only) is not working propperly in the Windows app yet. After having added several items in the web app, the Windows 10/10 mobile app always crash when synching. Next start is ok. Same behaviour is seen on win10 mobile.

@Oyvindth sorry about that, let's fix it. Please click Settings\Email us (if you are using Mail app it will create new mail and attach logs) or type /log/folder in search box and hit ENTER to open folder where crash reports are saved. Send them to support+windowsmodern@agilebits.com please, we will investigate and fix.
P.S. there is an update 2016.5.901u that happened few minutes ago, please try to use it (check for updates in the Store app).

Hi.
Before posting here, I tried reinstalling 1password to see if that solved the problem. It did not solv the problem, but it did delete all my chrash reports. However no new crash reports are generated from this bug, the /log/Folder is empty even after several of the above mentioned force quits /Crashes.
For info, the problem stil exists With the 2016.5.901u updateKind Regards

Hi,
I have exactly the same issue. The Windows 10 app would force quit for no reason, and I have tried to extract the crash log using the instructions above, however the folder was empty.
Current version: 2016.5.90u, which only just updated today.
System specification: Xeon CPU E3-1535M v5, ECC RAM, and NVIDIA Quadro M2000M

There is second update for today 2016.5.903u with some fixes for the bugs that could cause such crashes. Please give it a try and let us know if we've found the right place to fix :)

Thanks for your reply in both the Store and here.
I have updated the app, however, it still crashes just like before.
It can be reproduced by simply click on different Categories.
I'm so how disappointed about this, as I enjoyed the Mac version very much.
The log folder is still empty.

@Bentoni sorry it's still behaving like this. Can you please reinstall (that will clear internal caches) to make sure nothing got stuck. Should it fail, please drop a line at support-windowsmodern@agilebits.com - I have another option, which is not ready for public forum yet.

Hi,
I have reinstalled the app but still the same issue.
I have tried to drop a line at the email address provided above, however the email was returned/rejected by your Google hosted server.
"The email account that you tried to reach does not exist"

Sorry about confusion, please try support+windowsmodern@agilebits.com (support-windowsmodern@agilebits.com is supposed to be an alias, as Windows Store rejected + in email address).
